Ivy Tower’s talented team of young professionals, who hail from myriad industries, provides the means to help people imagine the best possible versions of themselves. Local organizations like Old Nick’s Pub and the YMCA have already engaged with Ivy Tower’s services, but we’re just getting started. 

In addition to the services offered thus far, our team at Ivy Tower is also looking for ways to bring these enrichment activities to local businesses through role-playing workshops and team-building events while can help reduce errors in the field and improve employee retention. Teams that participate in curated gaming experiences led by professional storytellers learn to harness the power of their own story in the real world.

Ivy Tower has been in business for almost a year and is excited to announce that they have become members of the Eugene Chamber of Commerce. As the Owner and Chief Storyteller, I’ve enjoyed a fulfilling career serving local credit unions for almost 20 years, but decided to set my sights on pursuing a passion project almost 30 years in the making for this next chapter of mylife. Throughout my career, I’ve maintained a focus on serving the community in areas like affordable housing advocacy, financial literacy in schools, and I have a passion for serving the underserved. The power of walking teams through this training is that these teams know we have their long term-happiness and well-being in mind through their work in storytelling and team connection. I’m thrilled to be able to be at the helm of a company that can do just that for each and every client we interact with.
